HOW TO START

The first step is to create an account on the app. All training information and other content will be provided on your app. The app allows real-time tracking of your training plans and progress.

The app works on all electronic devices, iOS, Android phones (2018 and newer) as well as all laptops, desktops and tablet computers.

Once you have created an account, a one-time initial assessment questionnaire is required (body stats and lifting stats), which you can use to track your progress over time.

After the assessment, your starting strength level will be provided.

As your fitness, strength and musculature improve, the app will move you to the next strength level.

The next step is to get access to training content by making a payment based upon your strength level as determined by the app.
